Senior Sales Account Executive
Formic Media, a search engine and social media marketing agency for small business, is looking for a Senior Sales Account Executive (SSAE) to help triple revenues in 2010. If you are proficient at sales, account service or project management, this job is for you. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational efficiency, strong communications skills and an ability to be a team player. Experience with search engine marketing (SEM) and Web development required, 2+ years in both disciplines is preferred. Our SSAE will identify, qualify and close SEM clients for Formic. While a majority of the role is to convert prospects into clients, there is a need for baseline account and project management skills to ensure a clean handoff is made to the account teams. The position may also require presentation of research and documentation to clients as well as support of marketing efforts. While training is provided, to help the SSAE understand Formic's unique products and services, general sales and marketing experience is required.

SEM Specialist
Do you surf the Web on a daily basis? If you’re interested in turning your hobby into a career, Formic Media is the place for you.  No previous SEM experience is required, as Formic Media provides extensive training.  SEM Specialists conduct research, develop and implement SEO, PPC and social media strategies for clients. SEM Specialists coordinate with Account Executives to ensure clients receive significant value from their investment. While Account Executives are ultimately responsible for presenting SEM analysis reports and recommendations, SEM Specialists are the search marketing experts and engine behind Formic Media.

Account Executive
Are you a people person who enjoys helping people? If you have a demonstrated proficiency with customer service or account management, or a background in sales, Formic Media is the place for you. Account Executives are responsible for securing and supporting SEM clients for Formic Media. This includes identifying prospects and converting them into clients. Once on board at a client, Account Executives communicate with SEM Specialists to ensure they have all the necessary information in order to conduct research, develop and implement SEO, PPC and social media strategies for clients. Account Executives are ultimately responsible for presenting SEM analysis reports and recommendations, which requires close collaboration with SEM Specialists. While previous SEM experience is not required, it is preferred. Formic Media provides extensive training for all employees, however, in order to ensure a high level of professionalism and knowledge of search marketing.
